ACV Foot Soak: Conditions It Helps With and How to Make One

Apple cider vinegar contains various biologically active compounds and potent antibacterial properties. Using it regularly supplies the body with nutrients and provides a wide range of health benefits.  Given that it has strong smell, many people are put off the idea of ingesting it.  The good news is that you can reap the same benefits by soaking the feet in ACV!

Mix equal amounts of apple cider vinegar and warm water and soak the feet for about 40 minutes.  To enhance its effects, add some essential oils, salts, or aromatic herbs to the soak.  When done with the soaking, exfoliate the skin on the feet with a pumice stone, dry them with a towel, and apply a layer of moisturizing lotion.

Apple cider vinegar is undoubtedly one of Nature`s miracles, with a plethora of health benefits and medicinal properties.   The simple technique of soaking the feet in ACV has been used for a long time now, and for a very good reason.

Our bodies are prone to accumulation of bacteria and germs, which takes toll on our health.  The ones that accumulate on the feet often lead to dry skin, roughness, and infections.  Luckily, apple cider vinegar disinfects the feet and kills off any microbes, bacteria, and fungi present.
