Cracked heels are a very common problem for many of us. Even with proper hygiene and regular hydration, heels tend to crack, mostly because of lack of vitamins during some periods of the year. Though this is not necessarily a health condition, but more of a cosmetic problem, it can be painful from time to time. Not to talk about the holes in the socks they often cause!
