Third Day

Lunch:

  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 5 dietary crackers
  • 100g cottage cheese or 1 slice cheddar

Dinner:

  • ½ cup carrots
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup of ice cream
  • 1 hot dog or sausage
  • 1 handful of broccoli

Note:- Use diet plane for further 4 days to complete the cycle of a week. Back to normal food after the desired result is achieved, by increasing mainly fruits and vegetables, followed by a slight increase in foods with proteins.
