Egg whites are rich in proteins, collagen and amino acids. Egg whites enhance the elasticity of the skin and help to fade away stretch marks. Whip two egg whites until they become frothy. Apply the froth as a mask on the stretch marks and leave to dry for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash it with lukewarm water. Follow it up with application of a moisturiser or body butter.
Lemons are natural bleachers and known to fade away any kind of spots and scars. Lemons not only help to fade away the stretch marks but also help to tighten the skin and maintain skin’s elasticity. Cut lemons in two halves and rub them directly on the stretch marks. Let the skin absorb the lemon juice and after 10 minutes of application, wash your skin with lukewarm water. If your skin gets tingling sensation with lemon juice then instead of rubbing them directly on your skin, dilute it with some water or rose water and the apply on your skin.
Sugar is a natural exfoliator and is said to be safe to use on skin. Make a sugar scrub by mixing 1 table spoon of sugar with ½ teaspoon of almond oil and few drops of lemon juice. Mix the scrub well and apply this to affected parts. Leave the scrub on the skin for 10 to 15 minutes and then rub it gently to scrub off the impurities. Rise well with water and apply a alight moisturiser. Follow this regime everyday to get desired results.
Olive oil is a rich source of Vitamin E which is perfect to combat the stretch marks lines at the onset itself. Olive oil also contains antioxidants which help to fade away the stretch marks over a period of time and with regular use your stretch marks will disappear completely. Olive oil will also stimulate the blood circulation and make your skin soft and supple. Apply a generous amount of olive oil on stretch marks on the affected area every day before you sleep.
Aloe vera is nature’s best friend for your skin. It helps to soothe burns, cuts and fade away stretch marks too. Aloe vera repairs the damaged collagen fibres of the dermis and lessens the appearance of stretch marks. It enhance the regeneration new skin cells and penetrates deeps in the skin to repair the damage caused by stretch marks. Squeeze aloe vera gel from its leaf and apply directly on the stretch marks. Rub in gently and allow it to stay on your skin for 10 minutes. Rinse well with lukewarm water. Repeat the process regularly to see visible results. Alternatively you can also add oil extracted from two capsules of a Vitamin E capsule to the gel and apply on stretch marks.
